Mi chiamo Ezra
Pierpaoli, ho quarantaquattro anni, sono nato a Milano e sono cresciuto
in Svizzera, ho la doppia nazionalità italiana e svizzera.
Vivo in Svizzera
vicino Basilea, dove lavoro in una ditta farmaceutica nel settore
„business development e licenze“. I miei genitori hanno comperato un
rudere a Stromboli (Piscità) negli anni sessanta. Mi hanno portato a
Stromboli già a sette mesi, e d’allora vi sono stato quasi ogni anno.
Dopo altri sport acquatici ho cominciato con la subaquea nel 2005 nei
laghi svizzeri dove ho fatto il brevetto CMAS 1° stella. Due anni dopo
ho ottenuto il secondo brevetto CMAS 2° stella e seguito il corso CMAS
Nitrox. Ho fatto le prime foto con una machina a pellicola MX-5 di Sea e
Sea. Nel 2008 ho aquistato un apparecchio fotografico digitale Canon
Ixus 80 IS con uno scafandro impermeabile fino a quaranta metri. Con
questo ho scattato tutte le foto della pagina. Tranne immersioni nei
laghi svizzeri, il mar Rosso, all’isola di Giglio e in Sardegna ho avuto
il piacere nel 2006 e 2009 di fare delle bellissime immersioni con il
Diving Club La Sirenetta sotto la guida professionale di Daniele Dallago.

My name is Ezra Pierpaoli and I am forty-four
years old. I was born in Milan but grew up in Switzerland and
therefore possess dual nationality, Italian and Swiss. I live in
Switzerland close to Basle, where I am working within a
pharmaceutical company in the field of „Business development and
licensing“. My parents bought a ruin in Stromboli (Piscità) in
the sixties. They first took me to Stromboli when I was seven
months, and from this timepoint on I went there almost every
year. After having tried different water sports, I started
diving in the Swiss lakes in 2005 where I did a diving course to
obtain the CMAS 1 star license. Two years later, I did another
course for the CMAS 2 star license and followed with a CMAS
course for Nitrox diving. I shot the first pictures with the
analogue camera MX-5 from Sea & Sea. In 2009, I purchased the
digital compact camera „Canon Ixus 80 IS“ with a waterproof case
usable up to 40 m. With this camera I shot all the photos on the
webpage. Along with dives in the Swiss lakes, the red sea, at
the island of Giglio and in Sardinia, in 2006 and 2009 I had the
pleasure to do fantastic dives with the Diving Club La Sirenetta
under the professional guidance of Daniele Dallago. I hope that
you like the pictures of these gorgeous dives.
